At our monthly management meeting we always sit down and consider CV’s from applicants for jobs we advertise, but we also sit down and consider speculative CV’s that have been sent in and caught our eye.
At last count, something akin to a third of our current workforce have been recruited by them contacting us and generally speaking working for a short period of time unpaid in order to develop their skills and experience but also giving them a chance to impress us.
