As part of the user experience of the new BHF Heart Matters website, it’s really important that we continue to test our designs and functionality with real users.
Having already conducted three remote and online surveys, we’ve today been conducting our first round of on-site user testing on the updated and improved prototype.
Using our user testing facilities, we have been able to monitor the behaviour of users through our one-way mirror and using a software which allows us to see what’s happening on the user’s screen on our own screen. At the same time, Marcus has been facilitating the testing session.
So far the results have been really positive and have given us some areas which we can look to tweak for the idea user experience. We’ll be further analysing the results over the coming days.
