Using JIRA for issue management; good, bad, ugly

Here at Zabisco we make best use of cloud services as it allows us to access our information from anywhere. One of the online software packages we use is JIRA – an online project tracking tool that is used to track bugs and defects, link issues to related source code, plan agile development, monitor activity and report on project status.

Utilising this software makes it very easy for us to communicate internally and with our clients in resolving items effectively.
