One method we've found to be highly effective as the UE on a Scrum team is to be working (or at least looking) a Sprint in advance of everybody else. By producing the UI wireframes, prototype and user testing plans before the Sprint planning session, the production crew don't lose time and your burndown stays on track.

We can work from existing Use Cases or help you develop them and we're just as comfortable working alongside Business Analysts as we are developers, designers and stakeholders.
