User Testing

Testing is one of the most important and often overlooked part of a digital project, but at Zabisco we've lowered the entry point to make sure you don't have to compromise anymore.

We have our own usability testing lab on-site in Nottingham. Facilities include:

We do everything in-house, from our pre-test planning to the production and presentation of a comprehensive report (we provide an Executive Summary too for anybody "who doesn't do detail").

Our usability lab is fully loaded with testing machines to replicate all common setups - both technical and lifestyle. That's right - we cater for human ergonomics as much as we do PC's, so you can test your web project on the couch, at a design or around a meeting take - whatever helps bring you closer to understanding your audiences behaviour.

We can test with end users you want, or we can help bring in the right people to fit your target audience; with no mark-ups or profiting from their time. Everything remains confidential and we ensure anybody coming to the lab (users, clients and visitors) has a great day and feels comfortable.

The lab can handle a whole host of tests, including paper based mock-ups, wireframes, prototypes and fully functional applications. We also cater for mobile device and game console testing - all of which you can observe from the viewing room and take home with you from the HD Video Recordings and Morae Screen Captures.

When all is said and done, we'll produce your report and recommendations along with some ranking, prioritising and our own unique ROI matrix to help you see which improvements will give you the best value.
